Paul Verhoeff

Executive Chairman
Paul founded  ISO in 2004. He is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. Paul has nearly 30 years of entrepreneurial experience,  starting and growing business ventures. Prior to starting ISO, Paul founded several successful Uniglobe Travel franchises and other travel related businesses including Tripeze.com a national online travel company. Tripeze.com was sold to Sears Travel in 2001. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce which he earned in 1979.



Stephen Verhoeff

CEO
With over 20 years business experience Stephen is a valued member of ISO and is a Co-CEO of the company, with responsibility for strategic growth and acquisitions. Stephen was the founder and past CEO of Hemisphere GPS, a TSX listed corporation. Stephen was also responsible for growing Hemisphere GPS to a company that employed 350 employees. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce, which he earned in 1986 from the University of Calgary.

Mike Clements

President & COO
Mike held the prestigious position of Director of Installation Services for Canada with Home Depot between 2003 and 2007. He was responsible for driving the vision, strategy and tremendous growth of the Home Depot Services business. Mike played a critical role in the development of the Service Delivery Management Model as well as re-engineering the guiding processes across Canada and in the US.

Theresa Lea

Vice President of Finance, Administration and IT
Theresa holds the role of Finance and Administration Manager and came to ISO from Hemisphere GPS, where she was the Senior Vice President of People and Communications. She also held the positions of Vice President and General Manager of the GPS business unit as well as holding the position of Comptroller for many years. Theresa is a Certified Management Accountant, a designation she attained while working at the KPMG accounting and management firm between 1984 and 1988.

Gerald Bonk

National Programs Manager
Gerald has been with ISO since early 2004 and holds responsibilities for product and service introductions. Gerald has twenty years of sales experience with ten of these years coming in the flooring business, where Gerald worked mainly in the wholesale hardwood sales and distribution areas. Gerald has proven his strength in the sales field and has received numerous awards including being presented with the Top National Sales Award and five Western Canada Top Regional Sales awards, all earned whilst working with Nabisco.

Chris O'Rourke

Vice President Strategic Business Development
Chris O'Rourke is a strong member of the ISO executive team responsible for the strategy and development of new business channels for ISO. He is the past President of a $20+ million service management company and has a very strong background as a sales executive. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University.

 

 

Janel Yauk

Manager of Process Improvement and Implementation
Janel holds the position of Manager, Process Improvement and Implimentation where she is responsible for the development and execution of business processes. Throughout her career, she has been a leader in initiatives aimed at centralizing operations and streamlining processes. In 2007, she coordinated the development of the Customer Service Center (CSC), an entity which performs all operational processing functions for the entire company. Janel has over 10 years experience working in the floor covering industry in various capacities.
